31Parhau i fod yn gyngor cymuned cymwys

(1)Os yw cyngor cymuned cymwys yn dymuno parhau i fod yn gyngor cymuned cymwys rhaid iddo—
(a)ar adeg pob cyfarfod blynyddol sy’n dilyn pasio’r penderfyniad yn unol ag adran 30, fodloni’r amodau cymhwystra, a
(b)ym mhob cyfarfod blynyddol o’r fath, basio penderfyniad ei fod yn parhau i fod yn gyngor cymuned cymwys.
(2)Mae cyngor cymuned cymwys nad yw’n pasio penderfyniad yn unol ag is-adran (1) yn peidio â bod yn gyngor cymuned cymwys ar ddiwedd y diwrnod sy’n dilyn y cyfarfod blynyddol o dan sylw.
(3)Yn yr adran hon ac yn adran 32, ystyr “cyfarfod blynyddol”, mewn perthynas â chyngor cymuned cymwys, yw cyfarfod o’r cyngor a gynhelir o dan baragraff 23 o Atodlen 12 i Ddeddf 1972.
