45 Dyletswydd ar brif gynghorau i gyhoeddi cyfansoddiad ac arweiniad i’r cyfansoddiad LL+C

(1) Mae adran 37 o Ddeddf 2000 (cyfansoddiad awdurdod lleol) wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.

(2) Ar ôl is-adran (1) mewnosoder—

“(1A) A local authority must prepare and keep up to date a document (referred to in this section as their constitution guide) which explains, in ordinary language, the content of their constitution.”

(3) Yn is-adran (2)—

(a) ar ôl “must” mewnosoder “—

(a) publish their constitution and their constitution guide electronically and in such other manner as they consider appropriate, and

(b)” ;

(b) ar ôl “copies of their constitution” mewnosoder “and their constitution guide”.

(4) Yn is-adran (3)—

(a) ar ôl “constitution” mewnosoder “or, as the case may be, their constitution guide”;

(b) yn lle’r geiriau o “who requests” hyd at ddiwedd yr is-adran, rhodder “on request, either free of charge or at a charge representing no more than the cost of providing the copy”.
