45Dyletswydd ar brif gynghorau i gyhoeddi cyfansoddiad ac arweiniad i’r cyfansoddiad

Mae adran 37 o Ddeddf 2000 (cyfansoddiad awdurdod lleol) wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.

Ar ôl is-adran (1) mewnosoder—

A local authority must prepare and keep up to date a document (referred to in this section as their constitution guide) which explains, in ordinary language, the content of their constitution.

Yn is-adran (2)—

a

ar ôl “must” mewnosoder

publish their constitution and their constitution guide electronically and in such other manner as they consider appropriate, and

ar ôl “copies of their constitution” mewnosoder “and their constitution guide”.

Yn is-adran (3)—
