64E+WIn Schedule 17 (disabled pupils: enforcement), in paragraph 6A (as it has effect before its substitution by paragraph 19(5)(g) of Schedule 1 to the Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018 (anaw 2)), in sub-paragraph (7), in the definition of “pupil referral unit”, after “section 19” insert “ or 19A ”.
