13(1)Mae Deddf Safonau Gofal 2000 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2)Yn Atodlen 2A (personau sy’n ddarostyngedig i’w hadolygu gan Gomisiynydd Plant Cymru)—
(a)yn lle paragraff 7, rhodder—
“7Any tertiary education provider (other than one within paragraph 5, 6, 8 or 9) that is registered in a category specified in regulations made for the purposes of section 88 or 105 of the Tertiary Education and Research (Wales) Act 2022.”
(b)ar ôl paragraff 8 mewnosoder—
“8AThe Commission for Tertiary Education and Research.”
