The Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015 is amended as follows.

In section 6 (meaning of public body), in subsection (1)(h), for “the Higher Education Funding Council for Wales” substitute “the Commission for Tertiary Education and Research”
.
(3)
In section 32 (other partners), in subsection (1) for paragraph (e) substitute—
“(e)
the Commission for Tertiary Education and Research;”.
