Defnyddir y term darpariaeth i ddisgrifio elfen ddiffiniadwy mewn darn o ddeddfwriaeth sy'n cael effaith ddeddfwriaethol – megis Rhan, Pennod neu adran. Mae fersiwn o ddarpariaeth yn rhagolygol naill ai:
- os nad yw'r ddarpariaeth (Rhan, Pennod neu adran) erioed wedi dod i rym neu;
- pan fo testun y ddarpariaeth wedi'i newid, ond nad oes dyddiad wedi'i bennu eto gan y person neu'r corff priodol i'r newidiadau hynny i ddod i rym.
Gall Gorchmynion Cychwyn a restrir yn y blwch 'Newidiadau i Ddeddfwriaeth' fel rhai sydd heb eu gwneud eto ddod â'r fersiwn ragolygol hon i rym.
Nodyn: Pwynt mewn amser rhagolygol yw'r wedd ddiweddaraf sydd ar gael o'r ddeddfwriaeth sy'n cynnwys yn ddiofyn yr holl ddarpar newidiadau a allai ddod i rym.

Ar hyn o bryd nid oes unrhyw effeithiau heb eu gweithredu yn hysbys ar gyfer y Deddf Addysg Drydyddol ac Ymchwil (Cymru) 2022, Adran 134.
Changes to Legislation
Efallai na fydd deddfwriaeth ddiwygiedig sydd ar y safle hwn yn gwbl gyfoes. Ar hyn o bryd mae unrhyw newidiadau neu effeithiau hysbys a wnaed gan ddeddfwriaeth ddilynol wedi'u gwneud i destun y ddeddfwriaeth yr ydych yn edrych arni gan y tîm golygyddol. Gweler 'Cwestiynau Cyffredin' am fanylion ynglŷn â'r amserlenni ar gyfer nodi a chofnodi effeithiau newydd ar y safle hwn.

134Defnyddio gwybodaeth o gyflwyno’r cais i dderbyn y cynnig at ddibenion ymchwilLL+C
(1)Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru—
(a)defnyddio gwybodaeth a geir o dan adran 133 ar gyfer ymchwil gymhwysol, a
(b)rhoi gwybodaeth a geir o dan adran 133 i’r Comisiwn neu i berson cymeradwy i’w defnyddio ar gyfer ymchwil gymhwysol.
(2)Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru, y Comisiwn neu berson cymeradwy gyhoeddi cynnyrch ymchwil a wneir gan ddefnyddio gwybodaeth a geir o dan adran 133 cyhyd ag—
(a)mai darparu gwybodaeth ystadegol yw un o’r dibenion wrth ei gyhoeddi,
(b)na ellir adnabod unrhyw unigolyn y mae’r wybodaeth a geir o dan adran 133 yn ymwneud ag ef o’r cyhoeddiad, ac
(c)nad yw’r cyhoeddiad yn cynnwys gwybodaeth a geir o dan adran 133 a all gael ei hystyried yn fasnachol sensitif.
(3)Ystyr “person cymeradwy” yw—
(a)corff a gymeradwyir gan Weinidogion Cymru at ddibenion yr adran hon sy’n defnyddio neu’n lledaenu gwybodaeth at ddiben ymchwil (“corff cymeradwy”), neu
(b)unigolyn a gymeradwyir gan Weinidogion Cymru neu gorff cymeradwy at ddibenion yr adran hon (“ymchwilydd cymeradwy”).
(4)Caiff corff cymeradwy roi gwybodaeth a geir o dan adran 133 i ymchwilydd cymeradwy, ond ni chaiff ymchwilydd cymeradwy roi’r wybodaeth honno—
(a)i ymchwilydd cymeradwy arall, neu
(b)i gorff cymeradwy arall.
(5)Rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru gyhoeddi canllawiau ynghylch ffactorau i’w hystyried wrth benderfynu pa un ai i gymeradwyo corff neu unigolyn at ddibenion yr adran hon.
(6)Mae i “ymchwil gymhwysol” yr un ystyr ag yn adran 133.
