This Act comes into force on such day as the Welsh Ministers may by order appoint; except for this section, which comes into force on the day after the day this Act receives Royal Assent.

An order under subsection (1) may appoint different days for different purposes.

The power of the Welsh Ministers to make an order under subsection (1) is exercisable by statutory instrument.
