Protection of Military Remains Act 1986 (c. 35) E+W

70 E+W In section 9(1) of the Protection of Military Remains Act 1986, in the definition of “Crown land”, after “the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 1979” insert “except that in relation to land in Wales, it has the meaning given in section 207 of the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023”.
