154 E+W In section 91—

(a) in subsection (1)—

(i) in the definition of “building preservation notice”, for “sections 3(1) and 3A(1)” substitute “section 3(1);

(ii) omit the definition of “interim protection”;

(b) in subsection (2), in the words after the list of expressions, omit “, 26L or 26M”.
