In this section and section 73 as they apply in relation to Wales—

a

“conservation area” has the same meaning as in the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023;

b

“local planning authority”‍ is to be interpreted in accordance with Part 1 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990,

and in that Part as it applies in relation to Wales references to “the planning Actsare to be treated as including this Act.
