33Adolygu gweithrediad ac effaith adrannau 25 i 32

(1)Rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru lunio adroddiad o dan yr adran hon, mewn perthynas â phob cyfnod adrodd, ar weithrediad ac effaith adrannau 25 i 32 yn ystod y cyfnod.

(2)Wrth lunio’r adroddiad, rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru ymgynghori ag unrhyw bersonau y maent yn ystyried eu bod yn briodol.

(3)Rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru, yn ddim hwyrach na 12 mis ar ôl diwedd pob cyfnod adrodd—

(a)cyhoeddi’r adroddiad sy’n ymwneud â’r cyfnod adrodd, a

(b)ei osod gerbron Senedd Cymru.

(4)Yn yr adran hon, ystyr y “cyfnod adrodd” yw—

(a)yn achos yr adroddiad cyntaf, y cyfnod o bum mlynedd sy’n dechrau â’r diwrnod y mae adran 25 yn dod i rym;

(b)yn achos adroddiadau dilynol, gyfnodau olynol o bum mlynedd.
