5Camau i’w cymryd wrth lunio neu ddiwygio dangosyddion a thargedau

(1)Wrth lunio neu ddiwygio datganiad o dan adran 4, rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru gymryd y camau a nodir yn is-adrannau (2) a (3).

(2)Rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru roi sylw i—

(a)unrhyw ddangosyddion cenedlaethol (fel y’u diwygir o dro i dro) a gyhoeddir o dan adran 10 o Ddeddf Llesiant Cenedlaethau’r Dyfodol (Cymru) 2015 (dccc 2) y maent yn ystyried eu bod yn berthnasol,

(b)yr adroddiad diweddaraf ar gyflwr adnoddau naturiol a gyhoeddir o dan adran 8 o Ddeddf yr Amgylchedd (Cymru) 2016 (dccc 3), i’r graddau y mae’n ymwneud ag amaethyddiaeth, gweithgareddau eraill a gynhelir ar dir a ddefnyddir ar gyfer amaethyddiaeth, neu weithgareddau ategol,

(c)y polisi adnoddau naturiol cenedlaethol diweddaraf a gyhoeddir o dan adran 9 o Ddeddf yr Amgylchedd (Cymru) 2016, i’r graddau y mae’n ymwneud ag amaethyddiaeth, gweithgareddau eraill a gynhelir ar dir a ddefnyddir ar gyfer amaethyddiaeth, neu weithgareddau ategol,

(d)yr Adroddiad Effaith diweddaraf (os oes un) a gyhoeddir o dan adran 14, ac

(e)unrhyw faterion eraill (gan gynnwys, ymysg pethau eraill, unrhyw ystadegau a gyhoeddir gan Weinidogion Cymru ynghylch cynhyrchu amaethyddol neu incwm busnesau amaethyddol, sy’n deillio o arolygon o’r sector) y mae Gweinidogion Cymru yn ystyried eu bod yn briodol.

(3)Rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru ymgynghori ag—

(a)Comisiynydd Cenedlaethau’r Dyfodol Cymru, a

(b)unrhyw bersonau eraill y maent yn ystyried eu bod yn briodol.
