Yn adran 87 o Ddeddf yr Amgylchedd 1995 (p. 25) (rheoliadau at ddibenion Rhan 4), ar ôl is-adran (7) mewnosoder—

“(7A)

Subsection (7) does not apply in relation to the Welsh Ministers.

(7B)

Before making any regulations under this Part, the Welsh Ministers must consult—

(a)

the Natural Resources Body for Wales;

(b)

every local authority in Wales;

(c)

the Public Health Wales National Health Service Trust;

(d)

every Local Health Board established under section 11 of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006; and

(e)

the public.”
