In section 205(1) of the Housing and Planning Act 2016 (c. 22) (interpretation of sections 203 and 204), in the definition of “planning consent”—
(a)in paragraph (a), omit “or”;
(b)at the end insert “, or
(c)
infrastructure consent under the Infrastructure (Wales) Act 2024”.
