In Schedule 7 to the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 (audit of accounts of Scottish health service bodies), paragraphs 2, 3(2)(b) to (d) and (3) to (7), 4 to 6, 7(2) and (4) and 8 to 12 are repealed.
