13Sheriff Courts (Scotland) Act 1971 (c.58)

In section 32(1) of the Sheriff Courts (Scotland) Act 1971 after paragraph (j) there shall be inserted—

prescribing the procedure to be followed in appointing a person under section 3(4) of the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000 (asp 4) and the functions of such a person.
