SCHEDULE 5 MINOR AND CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS

Titles to Land (Consolidation) (Scotland) Act 1868 (c.101)

5 (1)

In section 24 of the Titles to Land (Consolidation) (Scotland) Act 1868 for “mental disorder within the meaning of the Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1960" there shall be substituted “ mental or other incapacity ”.

(2)

In section 62 of that Act for “of insane mind" there shall be substituted “ mental or other incapacity ”.
