Writs Execution (Scotland) Act 1877 (c.40)S

10In section 6 of the Writs Execution (Scotland) Act 1877 (provision that writs registered in the Register of Sasines for preservation only may afterwards be registered for preservation and execution)—

(a)the words “upon a warrant of registration” shall cease to have effect; and

(b)for the words “having a warrant of registration written thereon, bearing” substitute “ with, written on the extract, a statement to the effect ”.
