In section 248(5) (repairs grants) of the 1987 Act—

(a) for the words from “247” to “244)” substitute “ 243 and 245 to 247 ”,

(b) for the words from “for the words” to the end substitute “ the words from “or such other” to “244(7)” are omitted. ”
