62 Duty of Commission and Council to consult each otherS

The [F1Commission and the] Council shall [F2each], in the exercise of its functions, consult [F3the other] [F3Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland] in every case in which it appears to the [F4body exercising the function ] [F4Council ] appropriate that there should be such consultation.

63 Guidance as to consultationS

The Scottish Ministers shall issue guidelines to [F5the Commission and to] the Council as to the fulfilment, by the [F6body in question] [F6Council], of any requirement under this Act to consult any person or group of persons.
