6In section 13(8)(a) of the Employment Agencies Act 1973 (application of Act to Scotland), for the words from “any agency" to “1951" there is substituted “ a nurse agency as defined in section 2(6) of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001 (asp 8) ”.
