33 S A person providing [F1 primary medical services under a general medical services contract (within the meaning of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978) or] general dental services, general ophthalmic services or pharmaceutical services under Part II of [F2 that Act], but only in respect of information relating to the provision of those services.
