In Part 2 of schedule 2 to the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002 (asp 11) (persons listed as liable to investigation under that Act), after paragraph 45 there is inserted—

Schedule 4 to this Act, which contains amendments to that Act consequential on the provisions of this Act, has effect.
