Breach of order
176Medical treatment: failure to attend

Section 112 of this Act shall apply in relation to a patient subject to a relevant compulsion order as that section applies in relation to a patient subject to a compulsory treatment order; but subject to the modifications in subsection (2) below.

Those modifications are—
a
in subsection (1)(a) of that section, the reference to section 66(1)(c) of this Act shall be read as a reference to section 57A(8)(c) of the 1995 Act; and
b
in subsection (4)(a) of that section, the reference to section 66(1)(b) of this Act shall be read as a reference to section 57A(8)(b) of the 1995 Act.
