55 Effect of subsequent short-term detention certificate on emergency detention certificate S

If a short-term detention certificate is granted in respect of a patient who is [F1 subject to] an emergency detention certificate, the emergency detention certificate shall, on the granting of the short-term detention certificate, be revoked.
