Duty to keep list
1Duty of Scottish Ministers to keep list
(1)
The Scottish Ministers shall keep a list of individuals whom they consider to be unsuitable to work with children.
(2)
An individual may be included in the list only in accordance with section 5, 6 or 10 below.
(3)
The Scottish Ministers may at any time remove an individual from the list if they are satisfied that the individual should not have been included in it.
