70Duty to disclose identity of owner

A person who has title to enforce a real burden (the “entitled person”) may require any person who, at any time, was an owner of the burdened property (the “second person”) to disclose to the entitled person—

a

the name and address of the owner, for the time being, of such property; or

b

(if the second person cannot do that) such other information as the second person has which might enable the entitled person to discover that name and address.
