In section 281 (routine evidence: autopsy and forensic science reports)—
(a)
“(i)
in the case of proceedings in the High Court, seven days before the preliminary hearing;
(ii)
in any other case, six days before the trial;
or (in either case) ”,
(b)
in subsection (2)—
(i)
the words “(whom the prosecutor shall specify)” are repealed,
(ii)
after “and” in the first place where it occurs insert “
, where such intimation is given,
”
,
(iii)
for the words “that pathologist or forensic scientist” substitute “
one of those pathologists or forensic scientists
”
,
(iv)
“(i)
in the case of proceedings in the High Court, seven days before the preliminary hearing;
(ii)
in any other case, six days before the trial;
or (in either case) ”.
