SCHEDULE 2 S Penalties for certain environmental offences

Part 1 S Acts

3 S Section 75 of the Water (Scotland) Act 1980 (penalty for polluting water) shall be amended as follows—

(a) in subsection (3), in paragraph (a), for “the prescribed sum” substitute “ £40,000 ”; and

(b) subsection (4) is repealed.
