13Relationship with [F1other] [F2assimilated] law requirementsS
(1)An environmental assessment carried out under this Act shall be without prejudice to any requirement under [F3other] [F4assimilated] law.
(2)Where a qualifying plan or programme is co-financed by [F5the European Union], the responsible authority, in carrying out the environmental assessment required by this Act, shall do so in conformity with any relevant provision of [F6other] [F7assimilated] law that is applicable by reason of that co-financing.
