Disqualification

A person is disqualified from appointment, and from holding office, as a member of SFRS if that person is or becomes—
a
a member of staff of SFRS,
b
a member of
i
the Scottish Parliament,
ii
the House of Lords,
iii
the House of Commons, or
iv
the European Parliament,
c
disqualified from standing for election as a member of
i
the Scottish Parliament,
ii
the House of Commons, or
iii
a local authority.

The Scottish Ministers may by order modify sub-paragraph (1).
