In the Race Relations Act 1976—
a
section 18B; and
b
in Schedule 1A (bodies and other persons subject to general statutory duty), the entries relating to—
i
the Scottish Further Education Funding Council; and
ii
the Scottish Higher Education Funding Council,
are repealed.
