11In schedule 1 to the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (public authorities subject to requirements to provide information)—
(a)there is inserted after the entry numbered 52 the following entry—
“52AThe Scottish Police Services Authority, but only in respect of information relating to the provision of the police support services within the meaning of section 3(2) of the Police, Public Order and Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2006.”; and
(b)there is inserted after the entry numbered 75 the following entry—
“75AThe Police Complaints Commissioner for Scotland.”.
