Entry and inspection in connection with offencesS

3(1)An inspector may, if there are reasonable grounds for believing that an offence under Part 2 has been committed at premises, enter and inspect the premises for the purpose of ascertaining whether or not an offence under that Part has been committed there.S

(2)Sub-paragraph (1) does not apply in relation to domestic premises.
