69Compulsion orders: revocation

In section 183(5)(b)(ii) of the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003 (asp 13) substitute—

ii

either—

A

that the conditions mentioned in paragraphs (b) and (c) of section 182(4) of this Act continue to apply in respect of the patient; or

B

that it continues to be necessary for the patient to be subject to the compulsion order,

In section 184(4)(b)(ii) of that Act substitute—

ii

either—

A

that the conditions mentioned in paragraphs (b) and (c) of section 182(4) of this Act continue to apply in respect of the patient; or

B

that it continues to be necessary for the patient to be subject to the compulsion order,

In section 188(4)(b)(ii) of that Act substitute—

ii

either—

A

that the conditions mentioned in paragraphs (b) and (c) of section 182(4) of this Act continue to apply in respect of the patient; or

B

that it continues to be necessary for the patient to be subject to the compulsion order,

In section 193(4)(b)(ii) of that Act substitute—

ii

either—

A

that the conditions mentioned in paragraphs (b) and (c) of section 182(4) of this Act continue to apply in respect of the patient; or

B

that it continues to be necessary for the patient to be subject to the compulsion order,
