Police, Public Order and Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2006 (asp 10) S

46 S The following provisions of the Police, Public Order and Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2006 are repealed—

(a) section 3(2)(d),

(b) section 3(8), and

(c) paragraph 14(2) of schedule 1.
