Section 29 (removal of permanent trustee and trustee not acting) is amended as follows.

In subsection (7)—
a
for “and confirmation in office of the”, substitute “
of a replacement trustee and the appointment of that
”
; and
b
for “confirmation in office”, where it second occurs, substitute “
appointment
”
.

After subsection (9), insert—

This section does not apply in any case where the Accountant in Bankruptcy is the trustee.
