In section 40 (power in relation to family home)—
a
in subsection (1), for “court” substitute “sheriff”;
b
in subsection (2)—
i
for “court”, in both places where it occurs, substitute “sheriff”; and
ii
for “it”, in both places where it occurs, substitute “he”; and
c
the heading to that section becomes “Power of trustee in relation to the debtor’s family home”.
