SCHEDULE 1 S Minor and consequential amendments of the 1985 Act

39 S In section 42 (contractual powers of permanent trustee)—

(a) in subsection (2), for “court” substitute “ sheriff ”; and

(b) the heading to that section becomes “ Contractual powers of trustee ”.
