Adoption and Children (Scotland) Act 2007, Section 51 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 03 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
(1)In preparing or reviewing adoption support plans, a local authority must have regard to any guidance issued by the Scottish Ministers.
(2)The Scottish Ministers may vary or revoke any such guidance.
