Definitions

3.Throughout these explanatory notes the following definitions have been used:

  • “the Act” means the Crofting Reform etc. Act 2007;

  • “the 1993 Act” means the Crofting (Scotland) Act 1993;

  • “the 1964 Act” means the Succession (Scotland) Act 1964;

  • “the Commission” means the Crofters Commission.
