In Schedule 1 to the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1980, in Part 2 (ineligibility for and disqualification and excusal from jury service), in paragraph (bb)—

(a)

for sub-paragraph (i) substitute—

“(i)

a community payback order under section 227A of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 (c.46);”, and

(b)

sub-paragraph (iii) is repealed.
