Surrender notice

(1)
The approved regulator must give the Scottish Ministers a notice (a “surrender notice”) of its proposal to do so.
(2)
The notice must—
(a)
specify the approved regulator's reasons for proposing to surrender its authorisation,
(b)
be published (by the approved regulator) in such manner as the approved regulator considers most appropriate for bringing it to the attention of any relevant person or body.
