I1126Police powers: search and seizure
A constable may stop any person who the constable suspects with reasonable cause of committing an offence under this Part and may—
a
without warrant, search any vehicle or vessel which the constable reasonably believes to have been used in connection with the commission of the offence,
b
seize any seal, seal skin or other thing liable to be forfeited under section 127.
