SCHEDULE 2Transfer of Waterwatch Scotland functions: modifications of enactments

In section 19 of the Water Services etc. (Scotland) Act 2005 (disconnections code), in subsection (4), for paragraph (c) substitute—

“(c)
the National Consumer Council;”.
