(a)for “Commission”, where it first occurs, substitute “ Lord President of the Court of Session or any sheriff principal ”,

(c)in paragraph (b) for “67 of this Act” substitute “ 79(2) of the 1987 Act ”,
(d)for paragraph (c) substitute—
