11No right of action for failures to comply
This section has no associated Explanatory Notes
This Part does not confer any right of action in civil proceedings in respect of any failure by an authority—
(a)to comply with its records management plan, or
(b)otherwise to comply with any duty imposed on the authority by or under this Part.
