I127Annual report
1
The president of the homeowner housing panel must, in respect of each reporting year, prepare a report on the exercise of functions by the president and by homeowner housing committees during that year.

The president must submit each such report to the Scottish Ministers as soon as practicable after the end of the reporting year to which it relates.
3
The Scottish Ministers must lay before the Scottish Parliament a copy of each such report submitted to them.
4
A reporting year for the purposes of this section is––
a
the period beginning with the day on which this section comes into force and ending with 31 December next following that date, and
b
each successive calendar year.
