Until its repeal by section 10(5) and schedule 3, paragraph 2 of the Schedule to the 1925 Act has effect as if for the words from “pleasure,” to “Board”, in the second place where it appears, there were substituted “pleasure. The Scottish Ministers are to appoint a person as chairman of the Board”.
